What is THCA?

THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw hemp. Our products are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, as required by the 2018 Farm Bill. Note that THCA converts to delta-9 THC when heated (smoked or vaporized), and products will produce intoxicating effects — use responsibly.

Is this legal?

Our products are derived from hemp as defined by the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "Farm Bill") and contain ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis, verified by third-party lab testing on every batch. However, state laws vary and change. We do not ship to states that restrict hemp-derived THCA (see our Shipping Policy), and it is your responsibility to know the laws where you live.

How do you verify age?

Every visitor must confirm they are 21 or older at the age gate before entering the site.

Which states do you ship to?

We ship anywhere hemp-derived THCA is permitted. The current do-not-ship list is maintained in our Shipping Policy.

Where can I see lab results?

Every batch has a full-panel Certificate of Analysis from an accredited third-party lab — potency, pesticides, heavy metals, microbials. Find them on our Lab Results page or scan the QR code on your package for the exact batch report.

What's your refund policy?

All sales are final due to the consumable nature of our products. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs — verified claims are replaced or refunded in full. Full details in our Refund Policy.

How will the charge appear on my card statement?

Charges appear as ILOVEHASH (final descriptor confirmed at checkout launch). If you see a charge you don't recognize, contact hello@ilovehash.com before filing a dispute — we resolve billing issues quickly, usually the same day.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product imagery. Inner packaging is child-resistant where required and always labeled with batch number, cannabinoid content, and required warnings.

Will these products affect a drug test?

Very likely yes. Our products contain cannabinoids that can trigger a positive result on drug screenings. Do not use them if you are subject to drug testing.

Do you make medical claims?

No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
