04 2–5 day delivery Standard transit after carrier handoff. Express (1–2 days) available at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. Smell, flavor, and appearance vary naturally batch to batch — that's craft product, not a defect, and it isn't grounds for a refund. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Damaged or incorrect item Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the box, packing materials, and contents. Verified claims are replaced or refunded in full — your choice.

Order cancellation Full refund any time before your order ships. Once tracking is issued, the order is final.

Stash Shield™ Covers packages lost in transit or arriving damaged — replaced, no questions. Doesn't cover packages the carrier confirmed as Delivered.

Proof of delivery A carrier's "Delivered" scan completes our shipping obligation. We'll provide tracking records to support carrier claims — but delivered means delivered.
