Where we ship

We ship only within the United States, and only to states where hemp-derived THCA products are permitted under state law. We do not ship to: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont. This list is reviewed regularly and may change as state laws evolve.

Orders with shipping addresses in restricted states are blocked at checkout. If a restricted-state order is placed despite our controls, it is cancelled and refunded in full within 2 business days.

Age requirement

All customers must be 21 or older. Age is confirmed at site entry, and we reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

Processing & transit

• Orders placed before 12pm ET on business days ship the same or next business day.
• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after carrier handoff ($8, free on orders over $100). Express (1–2 business days) available at checkout.
• Every order includes tracking, emailed as soon as the label is created.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders shipped to the address you provided are considered fulfilled, and we cannot redirect packages once in transit.

Packaging

Orders ship in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product names or imagery. Inner packaging is child-resistant where required and labeled with batch number, cannabinoid content, QR-linked COA, and required state warnings.

Proof of delivery

A carrier's "Delivered" scan to the address provided at checkout completes our shipping obligation, and responsibility for the package passes to you. If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members and neighbors, confirm your shipping address, contact your local carrier office with the tracking number, and file a police report if you believe it was stolen. We will provide tracking records to support your claim, but we do not refund or replace orders the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

Lost in transit, damaged, or missing items

Claims must be reported to support@ilovehash.com within 24 hours of delivery (or, for packages never marked Delivered, as soon as tracking stalls) and must include your order number and photographs of the box, packing materials, and contents where applicable. Verified claims are handled per our Refund Policy. Orders protected by Stash Shield™ are replaced or refunded for in-transit loss or damage, no questions; orders without it are subject to carrier claims, which we will assist with but cannot guarantee.

Carriers

We ship via carriers whose policies permit lawful hemp products, with COAs available for every batch in transit. We comply with all carrier requirements for hemp shipments, including documentation on request.
