Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All sales are final

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, unwanted product, or opened items. Please review your order carefully — strain, size, and quantity — before completing checkout.

No refunds for personal preference

Smell, flavor, appearance, and texture vary naturally from batch to batch — that's the nature of small-batch, solventless product, and it's exactly what our published COAs document. Natural variation is not a defect, and we do not issue refunds or replacements based on personal preference.

Missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind everything we ship. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to support@ilovehash.comand must include your order number and clear photographs of the outer box, packing materials, and contents. Verified claims are replaced or refunded in full — your choice. We reserve the right to decline any claim where the evidence shows the order was packed and delivered correctly. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued after shipment.

Proof of delivery

A carrier's "Delivered" scan to the address you provided at checkout completes our shipping obligation, and responsibility for the package passes to you. If tracking shows Delivered but you can't locate the package: check with household members and neighbors, confirm the address on your order, contact your local carrier office with the tracking number, and file a police report if you believe it was stolen. We'll gladly provide tracking records to support your claim with the carrier, but we do not refund or replace orders the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

Stash Shield™ package protection

Orders with Stash Shield are covered if the package is lost in transit (shipped but never marked Delivered) or arrives damaged, subject to the 24-hour photo requirement above — replaced or refunded, no questions. Stash Shield does not cover packages reported missing or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan. Orders without Stash Shield are subject to carrier claims for in-transit losses; we will assist where possible but cannot guarantee the outcome.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they ship. Once tracking is issued, the order is final. Orders to restricted states are cancelled and refunded automatically within 2 business days.

Before you dispute a charge

If you don't recognize a charge (it will appear as ILOVEHASH — final descriptor confirmed at checkout launch) or have any billing problem, contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve nearly all billing issues within one business day — faster than the dispute process.
