1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ilovehash.com website, operated by SureWest Logistics ("I Love Hash," "we," "us," "our"), the merchant of record for all purchases made on this site and your purchase of products through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site or purchase products. By using the site you represent that you are 21 or older. We verify age at site entry, and we reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

3. Product compliance and legality

All products sold on this site are derived from hemp as defined in the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (7 U.S.C. § 1639o) and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) on a dry-weight basis, as verified by third-party Certificates of Analysis available on our Lab Results page.

State and local laws regarding hemp-derived cannabinoids vary and change. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not ship to jurisdictions listed in our Shipping Policy. Products may not be resold.

4. No medical claims

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products may be intoxicating when heated or consumed. Do not use if pregnant or nursing, do not drive or operate machinery after use, and consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take medication. Products may cause you to fail a drug test.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale, restricted-state delivery, or failed age verification; cancelled orders are refunded in full. Payment is charged when your order ships. Charges appear on statements as ILOVEHASH (final descriptor confirmed at checkout launch). Sales tax is collected where required.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping terms, including our restricted-state list, are set out in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — trademarks, logos, product names, copy, images, and code — is owned by or licensed to SureWest Logistics and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureWest Logistics and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of products, or violation of applicable law, including purchasing products in a jurisdiction where they are unlawful.

10. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved on an individual basis. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
